Chef Matt Cooper has achieved an excellent reputation in the vibrant Rotorua cafe and restaurant scene, as a chef willing to try new things. Overseeing local pacific fusion style cafe Relish, Matt is competitive and accolades are genuinely sought and achieved, such as best cafe award in 2004 and runner up in 2005. An ingenious Manuka (native tea-tree) fired oven helps Relish to stand out along with good service and fine food. He brings this stand out service and fresh local produce to your table at Pukeko Landing.

Confit of Duck, porcini mushroom risotto, sticky duck jus with sweet onion marmalade

Oven roasted eye fillet of beef, resting on kumara roesti, with portabello mushrooms & porcini jus
